Set between a high mountain range and the coastline, this villa is the perfect place to get some well earned rest and relaxation. The impressive living area boasts a working fireplace and a pleasant archway leading to the kitchen, which has excellent facilities. There are three generously sized rooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds.
Take a step out of the villa to the terrace where you will find a delightful kidney-shaped swimming pool. In the gardens you will find olive trees, which is how this charming villa earned its name.
If you can bear to tear yourself away from the tranquil surroundings, there are an abundance of beautiful sights to soak up. Take in the commanding view over the Bay Of Calvi from Notre Dame de la Serra, or hike through the forest of Bonifato. For stunning scenery, gasp at the wild and overwhelmingly beautiful setting of the Revellata lighthouse. Particularly popular is the "Foire de l'olivier" (olive tree fair), which attracts almost 10,000 visitors to a splendid olive grove on the slopes of Monte Grosso. The olive tree fair views itself as a celebration of local heritage, and offers a relaxed mix of exhibitions, meetings with artists, a children's fete and a delicious array of the flavours, aromas and colours. There is also a long, sandy beach in Calvi, situated 7km away. This is particularly suited to families with children.
