Villa Athena is a compact villa all on one level with enough room for four people to enjoy a really comfortable holiday with wonderful woodland and mountain views. It's got a modern feel about it and facilities-wise you've got the lot, right down to a DVD player. On top of that, it's air-conditioned throughout, so it's a welcoming oasis when you're ready for a break from the sun. Of course, another way to cool off is by leaping into the small private pool that twinkles alluringly outside. Enjoy a refreshing dip before heading back to your sunbed to carry on tanning.

Pool life aside, if you fancy a day at the beach, you don't have to look too far. It's about a 15 minute drive away, and you can choose between the pillow-soft sands of Glyfada beach or the shingle shores of Ermones. Alternatively, you could plump for a little more adrenaline action and make a beeline for the nearby waterpark. Closer to the villa itself, you'll find a handy supermarket in Kokini so you can keep your cupboards stocked up without any hassle, and there's a handful of tavernas, too, where you can get stuck into tasty local dishes. Peaceful, relaxing and so typically Greek, Villa Athena is a great choice if you're looking to escape the crowds and enjoy a good, well-earned rest.
