Of course, as you'd expect from a hotel of this calibre, the Skiathos Princess has got all the accoutrements for a very special stay – whirlpools, tropical rain baths, steam rooms, the works. And in keeping with the overall feel, discreet pastimes like scuba diving and windsurfing, top the activities list. The hotel's piece de restistance, however, has to be its beachfront setting. Wooden sun-loungers topped with comfy white mattresses gaze out to sea – perfect for lazy days in sun. With all this on offer, it's no wonder the Skiathos Princess has an A-list following.

The hotel was well laid out and it's location in the resort was great. However, as this was a 5* hotel we were a bit disappointed with the food which was just a buffet style with no availability to have an a la carte meal in the evening which we... more on this review
