An introduction to Can Durai
Ca'n Durai is conveniently located off the small road from Pollensa to Puerto de Pollensa. The northern end of the town is just one kilometre away and the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa are easily reached by car.
Grapevines line the driveway and the porch is covered in swathes of purple bougainvillaea. Elsewhere in the grounds are orange, apple, fig and palm trees and a cypress tree hedge screens the pool from view. The pool is generously sized and is furnished with a permanent barbecue area with sink.
The traditional style wooden bedsteads and well-chosen fabrics make the three bedrooms very pretty and the lounge benefits from a handsome, decorative fireplace. The kitchen is open plan, separated from the lounge by a breakfast bar.
